Program Information:
Children's Faith Formation
Our ongoing Catechetical Program runs September through early May. Sessions are Sunday morning in the school buildings, at 9-10am for 3 year olds through First Grade, and at 10:15-11:30am for Second Grade through Junior High. Our Sacramental Preparation Program prepares second graders and older for their First Reconciliation and First Eucharist. Children must be enrolled either in a Catholic school or in our ongoing Catechetical Program in order to participate in our Sacramental Preparation Program. It is expected that parents enroll their children in the First Grade program prior to their participation in our Second grade Sacramental Preparation program. If your child is seven years or older and unbaptized, we provide the Rite of Christian Initiation adapted for children. Please contact Tracy at 983-0354 or tracy@st-justin.org for more information. To the right, please find a link for the registration form, entitled "RCIC -Unbaptized Child"
Adult Faith Formation
Our process for welcoming unbaptized individuals into the Roman Catholic faith, the Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults, is an ongoing process that is adaptable to each person's particular needs. To the right you will find a form entitled "RCIA - Unbaptized Adult"
Our process for individuals baptized in a different Christian tradition to be welcomed into the Full Communion of the Catholic Church, is likewise adapted to a person's particular life experience. To the right you will find a form entitled "Adult Completing Initiation." You will also need to submit a copy of your baptismal certificate.
Adult baptized Catholic who have not completed their initiation through the sacrament of Confirmation are invited to join our Adult Confirmation process. Depending on your previous catechetical experience, this process will be adjusted to your needs. To the right you will find a form entitled "Adult Completing Initiation." You will also need to submit a copy of your baptismal certificate.
All of the above processes culminate at Easter Vigil, when the sacraments of Baptism, Confirmation, and Eucharist are celebrated. Please contact Tracy at 983-0354 or tracy@st-justin.org for more information.
