Purpose
Altar servers assist the community at worship. The servers include boys and girls from fourth grade through college. In addition to service at liturgies, the altar servers also participate in service projects and provide assistance at parish and social functions.
 
Time Involvement
Servers are scheduled for specific liturgies. Servers are required to arrive fifteen minutes prior to their scheduled liturgy.
 
Skills    
Reverence, participating in the liturgy, flexibility and ability to work well with others.
 
Required Training
Initial training consists of three (3) one hour sessions. Periodic retraining.
